About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support children with their academic and personal development across various schools in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's education, especially for those who need additional help.
While classroom experience is not necessary, previous experience working with children in any setting is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to students in the classroom, assisting them with their learning tasks Help create an inclusive learning environment for children with varying needs Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis as required Work closely with teachers to ensure students' individual needs are met Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, respectful environment Help students develop social skills and build confidence About You: Experience working with children, either in education, childcare, or other relevant settings A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children's learning and well-being Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs What We Offer: Long-term opportunities available across various schools in Bristol Immediate start dates for the right candidates Competitive pay rates Ongoing support and training opportunities A rewarding role where you can make a real difference If you are looking for a fulfilling role where you can help children thrive, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
  In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service.
Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £49.50, plus an annual subscription fee of £16 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
