Learning Support Assistant - Graduate Location: Braintree Salary: £90-£160 per day Start Date: January 2025 Contract Type: Full-time Are you a graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in the education sector?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable  Learning Support Assistant - Graduate  to join our secondary schools in Braintree starting in January 2025.

About the Role As a  Learning Support Assistant - Graduate , you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, including those with additional needs.
You will help create an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Whether working 1:1 or in small groups, your role will involve encouraging student engagement, promoting positive behavior, and ensuring each learner can reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide individual and group support to students, adapting to their needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and support the social and emotional well-being of students.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials.
