It has a dedicated wellbeing team who offer support for students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)/SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
The Role You will work as part of the wellbeing team, offering support to key students.
Most of your time will be spent meeting with students and supporting their social and emotional development.
You will act as a point of contact for any wellbeing related concerns.
You will also liaise with teachers and external professionals, to ensure individualised support is effective and results in improved outcomes for students.
