SEN Learning Mentor Required - Full Time, Redruth Location : Redruth Contract Type : Full-Time (Temporary to Permanent) Start Date : ASAP Salary : £85 - £95 per day   A SEN School in Redruth are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join their team.
This is a full-time role with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements : Must drive and have access to a vehicle due to the nature of the role.
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Availability for a minimum of 6 months .
A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN and helping them achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities : Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, assisting in their academic, emotional, and social development.
Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators to tailor educational plans for students with diverse needs.
Support students in managing their behaviour, enhancing self-confidence, and developing positive relationships.
Help create a nurturing, structured, and safe classroom environment.
