We are seeking to add capacity to our pastoral team with the appoint an enthusiastic and committed Learning Mentor.The role is 37 hours per week, term time plus insets days, 39 weeks per year.
The role will support the pastoral team ensuring that both vulnerable and young people are supported throughout their time in school, working in partnership with Form Tutors and Teaching Staff.To be considered for this role, successful candidates will need to have extensive experience providing pastoral support to students and a track record of delivering behaviour interventions.
