Job summary Learning Experience Manager Base: Ladybridge Hall, Bolton with the opportunity for agile working.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Learning Experience Manager to champion outstanding learner experiences for all those supported through NWAS, whether directly employed or otherwise.
This role focuses on the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment, as well as driving high standards in placements and work-based learning environments.
Main duties of the job About the role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional from a learning-focused organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting learner welfare and well-being.
They will also have experience driving innovative and high-quality learning activities through the development of teaching teams.
In this role, you will play a key part in the learner journey, ensuring safety, well-being, and a positive overall experience.
By proactively identifying and addressing challenges, you'll help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that fosters transformational learning experiences.
You will lead the continuous professional development of teaching staff, identifying and implementing development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
You'll also champion a teaching culture of innovation, experimentation, and impactful learning.
About you Our ideal candidate will: Hold a recognised graduate or master's-level qualification in teaching and learning.
Have a deep understanding of current issues and future trends in teaching and learning.
Have working knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and standards relevant to employer-providers.
Demonstrate experience in managing high-quality teaching and implementing effective improvement strategies.
Exhibit strong skills in teaching development and learner welfare support.
About us North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.
Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.
We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West.
NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013.
This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England.
It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Design and delivery of improvement plans to improve teaching performance.

Qualification and knowledge Essential Hold a recognised post graduate/masters teaching/learning qualification.
(Must be willing to work towards a qualification of this level where not in place).
Qualified to degree level.
Knowledge of current issues and future trends in teaching and learning.
Working knowledge of education inspection framework and the standards as they relate to an employer-provider.
Experience Essential Evidence of a successful track record of teaching, learning and assessment, including taking an innovative approach to these Demonstrable experience of delivering/managing high-quality teaching and learning and able to develop and deliver improvement strategies.
Developed strength in supporting teaching teams through the provision of learning activities, development, coaching and support.
Experience of supporting welfare and wellbeing of learners and signposting to appropriate and timely interventions as required.
Experienced as a line manager with a compassionate and inclusive leadership styles Experience supporting learners as a practice educator, with evidence of mentoring students, assessing competencies, providing feedback, etc Values and behaviours Essential Working together - demonstrate collaborative and inclusive working and challenge behaviour that is not inclusive or acceptable Being at our best - professional and adaptable and takes pride in work Making a difference - act with compassion, kindness and integrity towards everyone
