Learning Disability Speech And Language Therapist

Join our developing in-house Clinical Team as a Speech and Language Therapist, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.
You will hold a caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation, providing information and training to staff, commissioners, and agencies as required.
We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach, able to make decisions and manage their workload.
You will have the resources and time to implement your strategic vision for therapies, enriching the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with a network of clinical colleagues, with regular forums for peer reflection and practice development.
