We are recruiting for exceptional Nurses for our clients to provide care and support to individuals with epilepsy and learning disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver specialist nursing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.Organise and oversee the daily operations of the support team to ensure that individuals receive appropriate and timely support.Perform nursing procedures in accordance with our clients guidelines.Effectively communicate and collaborate with the management and support team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the clients.You Will:Hold a nursing qualification with current NMC registration (RNLD, RMN, or RGN).Be confident and calm under pressure, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.Have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.Have experience and training working with individuals who have severe epilepsy.Be flexible, open to challenges, and innovative in your approach.Ideally, have the ability to drive.How to Apply:If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
