This role will be spent 50% on site at Onley and 50% spent working at Rye Hill.
Both located very close to each other.
Hours hours a week working days at Onley and days at Rye Hill, either 8-4 or ; Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £40,211per annum FTE - depending on experience.

You will Work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options Undertake medication rounds, and assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences and may be distressed Assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework and be able to risk assess use sound clinical knowledge You will work with individuals providing advice, support and information and manage a case load of patients.
Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference You will monitor therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects liaising with prescribers as required.
Inspire excellence by forging strong links with our partners and stakeholders Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, building strong multi-disciplinary teams and supporting each other to do a great job.

Qualifications required: Qualified LD Nurse - NMC registration Evidence of Continued Professional Development Experience of working with patients, face to face, who have complex mental health conditions Experience of psychosocial interventions, group work and awareness of substance misuse Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
