Job Description Learning and Development Trainer (Healthcare) Salary: Up to £30,500 + Car Allowance Hours per week: 35 We are looking for a skilled and proactive Learning & Development Trainer to join our client's healthcare team.
In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training programs to support the professional growth of healthcare staff, particularly in neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury services across the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised training qualification and bring experience in developing and implementing engaging, tailored L&D solutions for diverse audiences.
Qualifications Training Credentials : A recognised qualification in training (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent).
MAYBO Accreditation : Desirable, though not essential.
L&D Experience : Proven track record in designing and delivering learning interventions for varied audiences.
Creative Approach : Ability to craft innovative solutions for both mandatory and developmental training.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a broad range of learners.
Sector Knowledge : Familiarity with health and social care is beneficial but not required.
