A growing business is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join the team in Bicester.
As Learning & Development Partner, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive employee strategy that aligns with business goals.
Partnering with HR and Departmental Managers to identify skills gaps and training needs across the business, designing targeted programs.
Partnering with HR and Line Managers to support performance management processes, including objective setting, probationary and performance reviews, and planning.
Providing coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
Developing utilisation of the internal platform for review processes.
Coordinating the delivery of training programs and learning initiatives, both internally and through external partners to enhance skills and competencies.
Implementing various learning methods across the Company (e.g.
coaching, job-shadowing, online training etc).
Creating and promoting career pathways within the business.
Supporting managers to facilitate career discussions and mentorship programs to support employees in achieving their professional goals.
Designing, developing and overseeing apprenticeship programs across the business.
Developing and implementing employee retention strategies aimed at fostering a positive work environment and reducing turnover.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, team leaders, supervisors and external partners to support talent initiatives.
Collaborating with educational institutions, industry organisations, and government agencies to promote apprenticeship programs and other talent development opportunities.
Were looking for a Learning & Development Partner with: Bachelors degree in HR, Training and Development or a related field OR CIPD Level 5 or 7 in Learning and Development Proven experience in L&D and employee training Proven experience in managing apprenticeship or training programmes Experience in implementing employee development initiatives.
Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
Strong understanding of talent development principles, performance management practices and employee engagement strategies.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
