How you make it all possible… Enabling leaders and managers at DRPG to be effective by providing them with relevant learning opportunities and coaching support. Partnering with heads of department to ensure that they identify and develop the right role-specific skills within their department, by conducting learning needs analysis and implementing tailored learning solutions. Capturing and presenting data related to the impact of all people-related activities, by using appropriate learning evaluation models and methods, and creating clear and concise reports and dashboards. Driving strategic initiatives that keep the unique DRPG culture alive, rolling out engaging, inclusive and innovative learning experiences that reflect the DRPG values and brand. Designing and delivering the foundational skills and toolkits required for everyone at DRPG, in line with the DRPG Academy framework and standards. Masterminding an omnichannel experience that wows users across every platform, making sure they're hooked from start to finish. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in learning and development and exploring new and innovative ways to enhance learning experiences and outcomes. Contributing to the continuous improvement of The Academy, by providing input and feedback on the learning strategy, processes, and systems. Running and evolving structured development programmes and creating enticing learning touchpoints for team members to enrich the culture and enhance business critical skills. What's in your toolbox… At least five years' proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions for various audiences and topics, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment. A strong portfolio of learning projects that demonstrate your skills and expertise in implementing engaging and effective learning experiences, using a range of methods and formats. A good understanding of design principles, learning theories, and learning evaluation models and methods. Impressive ability to craft such unforgettable and engaging experiences that anyone who misses out is hit with serious FOMO vibes. A high level of proficiency in using various learning technologies and platforms, learning management systems, web conferencing tools, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners. A passion for learning and development, and ability to discover and introduce new and innovative ways to enhance learning experiences and outcomes. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budgets. Hang on, there's more… The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury, but there will be times when you'll need to work from our other places and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key!
