Job Title: Learning & Development Officer Location: Ashford, Kent / Hybrid Working (1 Day within the office) Salary : £34,692 to £37,905 pa depending on skills and experience Job Type: Part time, Permanent Working Hours: 22.2 Hours per week Closing Date: 8th December 2024 About The Role: Due to a recent period of workforce expansion, we are looking to grow our People Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse employee base and help to deliver the Council's ambitious Borough Plan.
We support over 600 employees across a few sites in the Ashford Borough and are looking for dynamic professionals to join our experienced and supportive team.
Working alongside another L&D Officer the successful candidate will provide a comprehensive learning and development service across a wide variety of professional disciplines.
This role will facilitate coaching and line management training, deliver annual appraisals, commission bespoke training courses / qualifications and also manage our LMS.
About you: Candidates will be excellent communicators, have proven facilitation skills and have experience in working in large organisations to deliver a wide variety of learning interventions.
Ideally candidates will be CIPD qualified at level 5 (or have equivalent experience).
