This role is unique, in that it wouldn't sit in 'HR' but with the client groups (Sales, Marketing, Product, RFP & BD) which totals approx.. 150 – 200 employees across EMEA.

The role has been designed to help give hands-on training & development to these employees, and partner with the senior leadership to understand the improvements & programs that can be implemented to facilitate this. Key Responsibilities: Oversee comprehensive learning programs for the Client Group. Manage onboarding and ongoing education initiatives. Develop leadership programs to identify and nurture talent. Use diverse methodologies for impactful education. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Set KPIs to evaluate L&D program effectiveness. Optimise programs based on feedback and engagement. Present performance reports to senior leadership. Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale. Skills: Experience in Learning & Development, particularly in program management. Understanding of sales and marketing, preferably in Asset Management.
