Main duties of the job The position will have theresponsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learningand development activities and projects.
This post holder will report to the L&DManager and will support the coordination of activities for the operational andclinical teams as well as the wider business.The role will include supportingthe organisation in ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learningmanagement systems, processes, and policies, supporting in the onboarding ofnew starters for training, training administration, scheduling and logistics oftraining events and budget tracking.
The post holder will be the first point ofcontact for learning and development queries internally.

Ensure attendance registers and evaluation forms arereturned following each developmental activity and certificates issued.Ensuring all training records are efficiently stored in line with GDPR.Contributingto the overall development offer by helping to identify learning anddevelopment needs within the organisation through analysis and performancemanagement feedback.Liaisingwith the L&D Manager, managers and delegates to ensure the smooth-runningof training and that all colleagues are booked and prepared within agreedtimeframes.Ensuringthat colleagues adhere to training procedures and advising colleagues ontraining policy where relevant.Carryingout research as required into training providers, ensuring we buildpartnerships with high quality providers who share our values.Coordinatingregular training reviews in partnership with the L&D Manager to ensure thattraining is in line with Quality Assurance processes.EnsuringMastercall remains compliant, monitoring attendance and following up oninstances of absences or illness.Ensuringtraining resources are in place including arranging hospitality for colleaguesif required, room layout and set up and equipment for colleagues attendingworkshops, printing and distributing relevant materials.Supportingwith learning management systems queries and escalating to appropriate personsas required.Arrangeexternal and internal bookings onto educational events.
Liaising with trainingproviders to ensure the smooth running of our organisational learning anddevelopment.Workingwith the L&D Manager to develop and implement systems and procedures toensure a best in class offer to Mastercall colleagues.Coordinatean annual essential training calendar and ensuring full completion withinagreed upon timescales, while engaging with colleagues to manage this.Update and maintain spreadsheets, checklistsand any allocated systems to monitor, manage and track workload progress of theL&D plan.Respond to requests for trainingdata/statistics management, prepare and issue management information reportsfor mandatory training.ContinuousProfessional Development.
The post holder will be expected toundertake ongoing personal, professional and management development in linewith the responsibilities of the post.
Responsible for developing andsustaining own knowledge, management, and skills (as appropriate) and professionalawareness in accordance with CPD requirements and maintain a professionalprofile.

Person Specification Experience Essential Proven L&D experience in a healthcare sector or other complex organisational setting.
IT literacy including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written skills, and the ability to communicate information to colleagues Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and manage own workload, proactively prioritising competing demands.
Desirable Knowledge of the Apprentice Levy and apprenticeship programmes.
Knowledge of regulatory bodies CQC, standards and application in practice, HSE.
Experience of e-learning, learning management systems, instructional design practices and L&D content creation tools.
