As part of the continued investment in our people, we are expanding our People & Development Service team with two exciting new roles.
Who We NeedOur mission is to 'Unlock potential through learning' and as a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our transformative journey.
Collaborating closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, you'll design and deliver effective learning activities which foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your focus will be on driving employee growth, enhancing skills, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of Nottingham College.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, problem solve, design, develop, deliver and embed a broad range of development interventions across the College.Support a service that creates, builds and promotes great leadership at all levels of the organisation.Develop and deliver high quality learning and interventions to develop every colleague at every level across the College to thrive.What You'll BringWith experience in a similar role, you'll bring your skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to the role, relishing the challenge to make a lasting difference as an agent of positive change.
You will have an opportunity to:
Use your proven experience in the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, including team events.Showcase your excellent communication & delivery skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.Have variety by using a range of development methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, learning management systems and career development platforms, as well as on-the-job learning experiences.Create a great onboarding experience in the design and delivery of induction programmes.Deliver on your in-depth knowledge of the design of career and learning pathways and skills audits.Closing Date26th January 2025
