Embrace Digital Innovation: Apply a digital-first approach, leveraging both current and emerging technologies to enhance learning outco mes.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product Development to understand new products and determine the necessary learning materials.
Partner with the Accreditations and Qualifications team to ensure learning products are practitioner-ready and optimised for learning transfer.
User-Centered Design: Build learning pathways that prioritize learner needs, using feedback and data to continually enhance the learner journey.
Integrate Learning Artifacts: Work alongside Instructional Designers to embed specific digital learning elements into broader learning experiences, ensuring alignment with the overall learning strategy.
What you'll bring: Learning Design Expertise: A proven track record of creating effective, engaging learning experiences and content.
Tech Proficiency: Strong experience with learning technologies (e.g., Learning Management Systems, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
Emerging Tech: Knowledge of and experience integrating emerging technologies in learning, such as AI, VR/AR, mobile learning, and interactive simulations.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
Innovative Mindset: A passion and ability to find creative solutions that enhance learning through new technologies and methodologies.
Learner-Focused: A deep commitment to designing experiences that support learner needs and product delivery success.
Content Creation Tools: Proficiency with content creation and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video/audio editing for digital content.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels to align on learning goals and content needs.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and practices, as learning design projects often involve multiple deadlines and deliverables.
Feedback-Responsive: Experience collecting and using feedback to refine and improve learning solutions.
