The impact you'll have Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, Learning and DE&I, we are looking for a Learning Business Partner to work with key stakeholders and design, deliver and evaluate our learning offering to support the continuous development of our people across loveholidays as we scale.

This is a varied role within a small team that will see you manage, implement and measure the success of projects and technology that will support our drive to continuously build skills and competencies for all employees.


Your day-to-day: As a Learning Business Partner you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with key stakeholders including People Business Partners, CX Training Manager, team managers and functional leaders to understand and define the learning needs
Designing and delivering effective learning interventions including pathways, programmes, workshops, tools and resources that support employee, team and manager development
Building career pathways specific to loveholidays' future talent strategy to drive continuous development
Facilitating and coaching individual and team learning interventions as required for new and existing programmes
Measurement and evaluation of all key learning activity, producing reports and communications for key stakeholders that demonstrate impact and return on investment
Coordination and administration of learning activity for learning programmes including venue management, budget and resource management
Coordination of apprenticeship training through the apprenticeship levy to drive maximum opportunities for employees to upskill and cross-skill
Management of the Learning Management system to ensure the learning opportunities are clearly and readily available to employees
Support the implementation and measurement of DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity) campaigns and development initiatives across loveholidays
Your skillset: End to end knowledge and experience in applying the full learning lifecycle
A performance consultancy approach
A good understanding of learning theories and how these translate into learning solutions including the effective use of learning technologies.
Previous experience in a similar position in a fast paced tech environment
Previous experience in implementing and managing a Learning Management System
Data literate and ability to use data to inform decision making
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
A commercial mindset, demonstrating an ability to deliver programmes that meet business needs
Desirable (optional) Experience in working with Google Suite tools
Insights certified
CIPD qualified or similar
