Learning and Development Specialist- Early Careers & Skills Development (Mandated Training) Location: Humberside (Hybrid/Flexible working options available) Salary: Up to £45,079 (depending on experience) Are you passionate about developing skills in the aviation industry?
Join us as an Early Careers & Skills Development Coach , delivering essential mandated training to UK and international staff.
Your Role: Deliver training courses, including Human Factors, Safety Management Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and Fleet Planning.
Support and guide learners to ensure successful completion of qualifications.
Promote continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into training content and delivery.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience delivering mandatory training such as Human Factors and Safety Management Systems.
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent, or working towards it).
Understanding of Part 145, Part M, and regulatory standards (MAA/CAA).
