Position: Learning and Development Partner (Children's Residential) Location: Locations to cover is the South West of England primarily (Plymouth, Devon), there could be an occasional need to travel elsewhere to meet training requirements.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependant on knowledge, skills and expertise) Minimum of 3 years' experience working in residential children's services is essential.

Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Partner with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in residential children's services.
Your expertise will be crucial in delivering training that empowers our staff to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive training on key topics, including safeguarding, emergency first aid, and our internal Pillars program, drawing on your experience in the field to ensure practical, impactful learning.
Work collaboratively with our L&D team to design, organize, and evaluate training sessions that meet both regulatory standards and the specific needs of our staff.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to staff across our children's residential services.
Stay current with legislation and best practices, ensuring our training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
