Learning And Development Manager

We are delighted to be supporting our client with this brand new Learning and Development Manager role.
This role is home based with regular travel to sites across the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of HR, and play a crucial role in designing, implementing, evaluating learning initiatives that supports the professional growth of their colleagues and aligns with the business's strategic goals.
This operational and hands-on role involves assessing the skills and development needs of the workforce, creating and delivering training programmes, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development via a range of channels.
We are looking for someone who has already gained strong L&D experience at Senior Advisor or Manager level, looking for a new challenge.
We are keen for the L&D function to embrace technology and are looking for someone with a modern approach to tools, technologies and methodologies (blended learning, e-learning, microlearning).
This is a field service organisation so experience of delivering training to a mobile workforce would be advantageous.
