Become a pivatol part of the L&D team As a Learning & Development Coordinator you'll be a key member of our Learning & Development team, providing administrative and coordination support for the team across our sales programmes.
As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: Coordinating and scheduling programs, workshops, and courses across all theSoftcat offices Providing administrative support, including diary management and managing our offering on L&D systems Handling communication by managing the L&D mailbox and internal/external facilitator contacts Tracking and reporting training attendance, collating feedback, and generating L&D reports Supporting in-person training sessions and managing related logistics and expenses.
We'd love you to have Demonstrative experience in administrative roles with strong organisational skills Proficiency in MS Office and other applications, with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse groups Motivated learner with interest in Learning & Development and HR Experience in scheduling and diary coordination would be beneficial Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
