We're looking for an energetic and experienced L&D Academy Recruitment Trainer/Coach who will play a key role in shaping the future of our team.
You'll partner with the Head of L&D to deliver targeted, high-impact training programs that accelerate the growth of our Trainee Consultants into top-performing Recruitment Consultants.
What are we looking for?
You: Are a seasoned recruitment consultant ready for a new challenge or an experienced recruitment trainer looking to grow.
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the fast-paced agency recruitment industry.
Have experience in coaching, training, or mentoring others to success.
Key Responsibilities: Inspire, train, and guide Trainee Consultants as they master the 180 Consultant role.
Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions that empower consultants to achieve their full potential.
Provide hands-on coaching through desk-side support, call reviews, and 1-on-1 sessions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure training programs are well-documented, tracked, and aligned with company standards.
Champion the use of systems and ensure data integrity across the board.
Continuously evaluate and improve the L&D program to stay ahead of industry trends.

Design dynamic training interventions that cater to various learning styles (VARK).
Contribute to the creation and management of the monthly training calendar.
Conduct skills gap analyses and adapt programs to ensure continuous improvement.
