We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our VolkerFitzpatrick business.
Based out of our Head Office in Hoddesdon, this role will support the business in determining development needs of employees in line with the business plan and defining the best method of delivering the requirements.
About you Experience of delivering projects across a multi-site operation Ability to create a variety of interventions, whether that be designing classroom content, online via webinars/videos, and resources to support the delivery of the training plan Significant experience of delivering in-house training Relevant psychometric qualifications desirable Good experience of data management and excellent reporting skills CIPD qualified advantageous If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
