Job summary You'll be working within the People & Development team to deliver learning and development programmes across a range of community health services.
You will be based in the education team.This team supports all learners across the organisation to develop to their full potential, this includes, but not limited to, students and apprenticeships.
Supporting the team with a variety of administrative functions Main duties of the job To support the clinical apprenticeship placement coordinationTo support the team with various administrative duties and support during meetingsManagement and maintenance of a range of Training databases and spread sheetsTo develop knowledge and understanding training and systemsContribute to the development of L&D intranet pagesDealing with enquiries through email and over the phoneBook venues to support training events and ensure resources/presentations/handouts are available and up toTo maintain sufficient stocks of equipment and stationery and place orders as and when requiredGeneral administration including photocopying, filingProducing written communication such as letters andTo communicate effectively and liaise with other professionals in a clear, concise and professional manorCommunicate with other departments to assist in providing high quality and efficient service About us Ever dreamt about a career that sparks excitement and fosters your professional growth?
