We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Carmathen to assist with the appointment of a Learner Services Assistant , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay : £12.85 - £15.49 per hour Responsibilities: To assist in the delivery of learning and development interventions for the organisation and SCWWDP partners, supporting business outcomes and focused solutions.
To provide front line learner support to employees and external partners ensuring course bookings are managed and queries resolved within agreed timescales.
To be responsible for coordinating designated courses, liaising with facilitators, scheduling events, preparing joining instructions, and course resources to ensure the smooth running of learning and development activities.
To liaise closely with Senior Leads and Advisors and carry out arrangements for planning the delivery of learner programmes including webinars, classroom, and hybrid learning to promote a quality service for organisational and SCWWDP events.
To use and accurately maintain systems eg ResourceLink and other learning management systems to produce accurate records, registers and evaluations of learner participation and reporting of activity.
Qualifications: Recognised Business Qualification [or equivalent experience] at Certificate Level 2 / 3 [or prepared to work towards].
Evidence of continuous personal development.
Experience: Experience of customer service/support.
Experience of maintaining computer records and attention to detail.
