Role Overview As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pets while leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals.
You will be part of a supportive and friendly environment, where clinical excellence is the top priority.
Up to £65,000 per year 4-Day Week | Excellent Benefits Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained Provide excellent clinical care to a variety of animals, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries Ensure the efficient running of the practice, including managing workflows and supporting junior staff Promote a positive, supportive working environment for all team members Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering advice and updates on animal health Stay up to date with current veterinary practices and support continuous learning About You: A qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience in managing a team and providing mentorship An interest in further developing clinical skills and specializations Package & Benefits: Salary : Up to £65,000 per year, based on experience Working Hours : 4-day working week for a better work-life balance Clinical CPD : £1,500 per year to support your professional development Additional Benefits: VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid Support for Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa Relocation support for the right candidate Plus much more!
