Role Highlights: Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, shaping products and services that genuinely improve lives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to integrate research insights into the design process Design and execute research strategies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, ensuring alignment with GDS standards Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, driving evidence-based decision-making Use your understanding of accessibility and inclusivity to ensure services are usable for all citizens Requirements: Active SC Clearance is essential Strong experience in user research, ideally within GDS frameworks Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively Package: Salary up to £86,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including pension and health coverage This role offers a chance to work on transformative projects and contribute to the future of digital public services.
