A Global B2B software company are looking for a UI Designer to join their team working on an exciting new product they've recently launched.
Salary: £75,000 per annum Location: Staines-Upon-Thames Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office) Are you a talented Visual Designer who thrives on transforming wireframes into visually engaging dashboards and data-rich visualisations?
A leading international B2B Software company is looking for a creative Lead UI/Visual Designer to join their team, helping to shape a next-generation payroll product.
This is your opportunity to work on a major global project in collaboration with skilled teams across the UK, Spain, and the US.
About the Role As Lead UI/Visual Designer, you'll dive into the heart of payroll management by taking low-fidelity wireframes and elevating them into sophisticated, engaging interfaces.
You'll work hand-in-hand with designers and content creators, focusing on the visual design end of the user experience and pushing a design system that combines intuitive usability with fresh, creative approaches.
Key Responsibilities Lead the visual development of dashboards, infographics, and data visualisations, ensuring a high-quality, user-focused design experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders like A across multiple regions to build a unified, cohesive visual language.
Develop concepts that push the design system forward while staying true to the foundational UX wireframes.
Leverage Generative AI in visual design projects to bring new, innovative insights to B2B financial software.
Requirements Proven experience in B2B software design, ideally working on complex data-heavy products/dashboards Strong visual design skills, with the ability to elevate task management and payroll concepts into dynamic visual solutions.
Experience in collaborating with international teams and adapting to cross-regional workflows.
Familiarity with design tools and the ability to integrate emerging AI techniques in visualisation work.
