The Role The post holder will be responsible for leading training programs, compliance curricula, and managing the end-to-end cycle of training needs within Clinical Services departments.
The CS Lead Training Specialist – Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for overseeing the provision of all training specific to the Supply Chain Strategy roles at any Almac Clinical Services (ACS) site.
Responsibilities will encompass the consultation and project management of global compliance training initiatives, oversight and appropriate design of quality education materials, the leading of Education Resources and CS Training Specialists, and improving the effectiveness of departmental new hire onboarding programs.
Responsibility extends to the education of roles in other departments, customers and other external users of the Almac services supported by the department.
Key Requirements · Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK/IE
· Degree level (or equiv.) and proficient in providing training in a professional environment
OR
Extensive experience, including consultation and management of training projects, in a pharmaceutical environment
· Complex course design, drafting of learning objectives and effective evaluation assessments on a global level.
· Managed training projects that include a variety of training deliverables, a group of resources, and on time implementation.
