Lead Therapist In Clinical Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Therapist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group, based in Ti Ny Cymru, Flintshire.
As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the development of our therapeutic services, working closely with our Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South).
This is an exciting opportunity for a Practitioner Psychologist with demonstrable leadership skills to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
You will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment, consultation, and intervention plans, as well as contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral level degree in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC, and possess substantial experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
They will also have a proven track record of working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
