Lead Systems Engineer for a permanent role within an engineering company in Clevedon, BS21.
This is a new role due to a period of growth within the company and will have responsibility for leading, empowering and motivating a growing team of Systems Engineers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Up to £58,000 per annum, depending on experience Monday – Friday - Flexible start/finish times Full time or part time applicants considered Hybrid working options Conveniently located next to M5 junction 20 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays) Bonus up to 7.5% of basic annual salary Pension with company contribution of up to 8% Benefits Life Assurance of 4 x basic salary Cash health plan Fitness App with online classes Discounted membership with some gyms Thriving Wellbeing Program - supporting physical health, mental wellbeing, social connectiveness and sense of purpose Onsite facilities Free parking Ample cycle storage and showers Subsidised canteen Wellbeing and prayer room Private expressing room for breastfeeding parents About the role Concept to customer commissioning and field trials The application of best-practice engineering ensure on time delivery, within strategic operational budget and to specification Work at the core of our engineering and product development teams using Systems Engineering tools and methods to bring clarity from ambiguity Translate product visions into clear and concise requirements using Systems Engineering process such as Use Cases, Context Diagrams, Architectures and more Use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods to develop Functional, Logical, and Behavioural architectures to understand the operations and flow of the System Lead and coach a growing core team of Systems Engineers of all levels of expertise to continue their development towards being a Lead SE themselves.
