Discovery are currently recruiting for a Lead Support Worker to join our team in Bridgwater.About the role:The people we support enjoy lots of different activities.
They like going out to enjoy themselves, which might be a a Day Centre, local pub or just to the local park where they go for a walk.
The people we support have different interests and enjoy different things, which could be small or big.
No two days are the same!As a Lead Support Worker you will be making a difference to the People We Support lives, supporting them with day to day activities whilst supporting your colleagues at work.
