Lead Solution Architect

Job Title: Lead Solution Architect Location: Leeds (on site twice per week) Salary: £62,000 + Civil Service Pension Opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to lead a dedicated team and drive impactful architectural projects within a very unique public sector organisation.
The role is pivotal to advancing technology strategy, delivering high-quality architectural solutions, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You'll work on projects that shape the organisation's future technology landscape and be responsible for strategy alignment, governance, and best practices.
Lead Solution Architect Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects to deliver high-quality, strategic architectural solutions across the domain.
Ensure all projects adhere to governance protocols, align with the overarching technology strategy, and meet organisational goals.
Engage closely with C-level stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on architectural solutions.
Develop and manage architecture strategies across designated business areas, supporting project initiation and idea exploration.
Oversee the team's activities, providing direction, training, and support as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead Solution Architect Requirements Proven experience leading architectural projects within a complex environment, ideally in a public sector or large-scale business.
Demonstrable experience in managing diverse external and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Good knowledge of architectural standards.
