The Role We're looking for an experienced PV Installer with a keen eye for quality to join our installation team.
You will join a growing and ambitious team that has an emphasis on delivering quality installations in this exciting industry.
You will have a proven ability within the industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll need excellent organisational skills and strong leadership skills as you'll be responsible for overseeing the work of your small team.
We're also looking for a proactive approach to problem solving and a positive attitude to health and safety.
You must be willing to travel within your local regions and flexible to work a range of hours (with occasional overnight stays).
Responsibilities Installation of Solar PV on new build, domestic & commercial properties.
Managing a small team (typically one other Installer).
Setting out and stringing the panels as per the design provided.
Running and connecting the DC cables.
Gathering photo evidence.
Completing relevant forms through our app-based system.
Requirements Previous experience in solar PV installation.
PAF and telehandler licence a distinct advantage.
Methodical, accurate and process focused approach to tasks.
Flexibility to work and travel throughout the UK.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, follow technical drawings measure distances, and perform calculations using phone or calculator.
CSCS card and site experience is required.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Full UK manual Driving License.
You will be issued with a company vehicle, a fuel card and uniform.
The role is weekly paid.
