Main Responsibilities Partner with the Service & Support Manager to ensure smooth and efficient management of the maintenance department.
Lead and support a team of Service & Support Coordinators, drawing on your team management skills to provide mentorship, direction, and hands-on guidance.
Develop and implement departmental procedures to drive efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service.
Play a key role in shaping the future of the service department by introducing growth-focused strategies and overseeing their execution.
Travel to Doncaster once a week to support the on-site team.
Required Background in engineering within food, liquid manufacturing, or industrial/mechanical industries.
Proven team management skills and experience leading or supervising teams.
Desire to step into a leadership position.
Experience as a Lead Service Coordinator or in a similar role overseeing service teams is preferred but not essential.
A strong communicator with a 'can-do' attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities.
