Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Consultant and project manager with a strong background in delivery complex projects in the climate and/or nature area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a consistent record in planning & delivery to timeframes and budget across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Producing successful project plans and organise time and deliverables for multi-person projectsLeading bids, juggling technical input from advisory and analytical solutions, and driving commercially viable proposals that meet client requirementsConducting project reviews with teams to identify and improve delivery and service offeringsSupporting team members in delivering to budget, quality and timeframesCommunicates well in report and presentational formatsExperience in multi-stakeholder environments to help collaborate closely both internally across CRR and wider Howden teams, as well as directly with clients as neededSupport engaging workshop materials and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops to foster teamwork and understanding of sustainability initiativesCommunicate complex sustainability concepts clearly in written reports and presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Demonstrated ability in climate and nature area with experience in finance and/or insurance a plus.Strong numerical skills and organisational skills with experience in project planning and stakeholder managementDemonstrable experience in successfully communicating complex issues in both written and verbal forms, particularly in report writing and presentations.Knowledge of sustainability challenges and solutions in at least one of the following sectors: energy, transport, or built environment.Proficiency in developing workshop materials for multi-stakeholder environments.What do we offer in return?A career that you define.
