We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Radiographer, to lead the Imaging and Diagnostics team based at the Sevenoaks Medical Centre.As a Lead Radiographer you will perform a range of duties including general radiography, CT and MRI scanning insuring a seamless service and patient experience between the Sevenoaks clinic and KIMS Hospital.KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent and we are recruiting at out Sevenoaks Medical Centre.
The Centre team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community across to a full range of clinical specialties, including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and more.
Main duties of the job Carry out high quality diagnostic imaging examinations in a way which meets patients' needs across all modalities in the department Take full responsibility for the management and supervision of the department, ensuring the safe and efficient provision of a range of imaging procedures to acceptable quality standards, delivered in a way which meets patients' needs.
To ensure that all clinical and other information records are fully and accurately completed including the radiology computer system.
