Lead Quant Developer - Python - Cross Asset - Investment Bank  A global Investment Bank are looking for a Lead Quant Developer to help build out a strategic, cross asset analytics platform that is used across the Front Office.
You'll be driving forward the platform, building new components for business users, managing stakeholders and developing new tooling for deployment.
Key responsibilities of the role: Building applications and writing code predominantly in Python.
Working in a 50/50 split between hands-on development and leading a small team.
Speaking directly to Traders, Quant Researchers and Developers in other Business lines to understand requirements.
Building new tooling and components, and generally setting best practices around coding standards.
Facilitating the extraction of information from Market Data for use in Algorithms.
They are looking for someone who: Has extensive experienced designing and delivering Python applications for the Front Office.
Is an experienced Technical Leader who regularly contributes to the design and architecture.
Has strong communication skills and is competent at taking requirements in a fast-paced environment.
