My client, a multinational defence company, are seeking several Lead Project Planners/Schedulers to join the business in a permanent, to support Project Managers, using world-class project control techniques, in the delivery of exciting and strategically important programmes across their Maritime & Land businesses.

The business has a drive towards professionalism, this includes support towards Chartership and further career development.

These positions will be based out of my clients busy and secure site in New Malden (Surrey) , with a Hybrid Working arrangement of 2-3 days a week onsite.
Successful candidates will need to hold SC-level security clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the vetting process to achieve this.

What you'll be doing: Using your range of skills, you will support the planning, monitoring and control of projects which will range in size and complexity Operating a project planning or scheduling system to work with stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues and formulate recovery / acceleration plans Support in the generation of project resource demand profiles Support the project team to analyse progress and identify schedule performance issues Manage the integration and involvement with internal and external stakeholders and projects across various levels Your skills and experiences: You will need to have Planning/Scheduling experience demonstrated in a professional capacity in a project and within that, have an understanding of tools and techniques Have demonstrable knowledge and experience of applying and using integrated schedule tracking and reporting systems/processes Hold knowledge of cost control processes and the interface with scheduling Knowledge across the full project lifecycle from engineering through to manufacturing Synergize Consulting is committed to equality and diversity in our workplace.
