We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.In the role of Lead Product Manager - Growth you will drive partner acquisition, engagement, and retention for our platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
This is a key role that will focus on accelerating the growth of our MSP product offerings.
As the Lead Product Manager for Growth, you'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, running data-driven experiments, and driving cross-functional teams to optimize the partner and customer experience, ensuring MSPs derive maximum value from our solution.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B product management, with a focus on growth strategies that drive partner and customer acquisition, retention, and expansion in a subscription-based, enterprise-focused environment.
You'll be instrumental in helping us scale our MSP platform to meet the needs of our partners and fuel business growth.WHAT YOU'LL DO Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and platform usage among MSPs through customer acquisition, partner success, and feature adoption.Customer Acquisition & Activation: Design targeted initiatives to attract new MSPs, streamline onboarding, and collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns.Retention & Expansion: Enhance customer LTV via engagement, education, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities tailored for MSP clients.Product Experimentation: Conduct data-driven tests (e.g., feature rollouts, pricing models) and optimize platform performance using analytics.Growth Metrics: Monitor key metrics like CAC, churn, adoption rates, and MRR to guide decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver value to MSPs.Insights & Feedback: Leverage MSP feedback to refine the roadmap and prioritize impactful features.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends and competitors to identify opportunities and strengthen product positioning.Roadmap Development: Create and prioritize a growth-oriented product roadmap aligned with business goals.
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Experience: 5+ years as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, MSPs, or IT services.Growth Expertise: Proven track record driving growth in subscription-based B2B models, with familiarity in MSP operations and challenges.Metrics & Analytics: Strong grasp of B2B growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn) and experience using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce; SQL knowledge is a bonus.Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled in leveraging customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and prioritize impactful initiatives.Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communicator and team leader, experienced in aligning cross-functional teams on growth goals.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Language: Proficient level of written and verbal communication in English.
