Bringing together policy, clinical, research, design and technology teams to answer these questions and many more like them is the task of the Lead Product Manager in Digital Primary Care.
Main duties of the job The rolewill identify, prioritise and develop opportunities to introduce products and services that are used by heath care professionals and patients.
The role spans multi-disciplinary teams including user research, service design, business analysis, delivery and technical architecture disciplines.
Responsibilities include: representproduct management practice at a senior level, providing strong, decisive and visible product leadership, under the overall leadership of the Head of Product workwith product managers to ensure products and services have a clear vision with objectives aligned to user needs andorganisational goals ensure teams scope and shape propositionsto incrementally deliver value and to build end-to-end user journeys ensure that teams haveappropriate and relevant performance and success measures in place ( Key Performance Indicators, Objectives & Key Results) that align tothe needs of users and the organisation work with leadership across programmes and organisational boundaries to ensure that vision and goals are aligned, key stakeholders and delivery partners areengaged, delivery is coordinated and new opportunities are evaluated.

The Lead Product Manager will be working in Digital Services for Integrated Care, which is part of Digital Primary Care.

We work with suppliers and national NHS teams to provide the products and services that support healthcare in GP Practices, other Primary Care settings and beyond.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Evidence of continuous professional development - attendance of courses, conferences or meetups related to product and/or delivery management, agile practices, user-centred design and software development.
Desirable Additional practitioner level qualifications in Product Management ( CSPO, PSPO).
