Interim Lead Product Manager - Six Month Fixed Term Contract - £85,000 plus benefits - Monthly travel.
In Product is partnered with an established B2B business who are looking for an Interim Product Leader to define and deliver the strategy for their core Digital Product.
We are looking to elevate their MVP SaaS Product through the successful migration of existing customers, establishing a culture of feedback loops to navigate the next steps of growth for existing customers whilst researching the wider market to define the long-term Product vision.
As an Interim Product Lead you will be working in collaboration with a CTO, and leading a small team of two Product Managers and a Product Designer.
You will have a breadth of experience in spanning long-term vision and short-term execution, with proven experience leading small Product teams and reporting into executive teams.
This role can transition into a permanent role within the six month fixed term contract, and lead to ongoing ownership over their Digital SaaS product and leadership of the Product team.
As a Product Leader, you will be joining at a time which is pivotal in defining the culture of the Product team, and success of their SaaS Product.
To be successful in this role you must Have worked directly with founders, or executive teams to communicate and deliver effectively on a Product roadmap that you have defined through market research and customer feedback.
Be confident with managing your stakeholders, from executive teams, customer requests and technology partners.
Have worked within B2B SaaS in a small to midsize business.
Have the ambition to lead Product Strategy, and deliver high impact in your role with the opportunity to make a significant difference in the direction and success of the company.
You will be flexible to work remotely, and come into the office in the North East of England when required (Likely once a month) with expenses paid.
