Lead Product Manager

We've partnered with a category-defining, health-focused D2C company that's challenging taboos and addressing an underserved market segment.
With over £6.2 million raised to date and a £10M profitable revenue business built in just 2.5 years, they're looking for a Growth Product Lead (GPL) to drive innovative product strategies, enhance customer journeys, and lead "big bets" to scale growth.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Insights and Journey Optimisation :
Lead market and customer research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Manage customer lifecycles, driving upsells, cross-sells, and retention to maximise lifetime value.
Use data insights to design impactful features and solve customer problems.
Experimentation, Data Analysis, and Optimisation :
Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analytics to refine strategies and boost growth metrics.
Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance the product experience.
Build personalised user engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Big Product Growth Bets :
Own the development and execution of high-impact product features that can transform the business.
Build business cases for new digital products and lead a product squad to deliver results.
Collaborate and Drive Execution :
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design, sales, operations) to align on growth priorities.
Define clear roadmaps and strategies while ensuring consistent execution.
What We're Looking For Proven expertise in product management, ideally with growth-focused experience.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, paired with advanced data interpretation.
Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Skio, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Triplewhale).
Familiarity with UX principles, A/B testing, CRO, and customer research methodologies.
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills to craft customer-centric messaging.
A collaborative mindset with a strong bias for action and problem-solving.
