We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our leading FinTech firm, focusing on wealth management and financial product governance.
This pivotal role combines process management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership, driving innovation in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence: Refine the teams efficiency, manage processes, and oversee key ceremonies and white-boarding exercises.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead junior product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Client Engagement: Support events and partnerships with key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Innovation: Drive R&D initiatives, leveraging AI and ML to enhance product offerings and strategy.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in product management within FinTec/ SaaS start up or Scale Up and has either wealth management or asset management experience.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Expertise in financial product governance, AI/ML innovation, and client collaboration.
Pragmatic approach to agile and should be experienced in working with a One Line of Code product.
