My Product Path are recruiting for a Lead Product Manager for a hyper-growth organisation to recruit them a Lead Product Manager (Channels) working with enterprise clients who's products benefits their end customers.

Role Overview: You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and set the strategic vision for the product.
The role requires a strong blend of client engagement, end-user empathy, line management and business acumen.
Your focus will be to continuously develop the product and proposition to drive business growth while solving customer problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the long-term product strategy and vision aligned with client goals.
Develop a compelling roadmap based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
Prioritise product features and development based on user feedback, business value, and feasibility.
Managing multiple stakeholders to ensure there is alignment with vision, strategy and roadmap.
Works closely with the account team to ensure the product strategy and account management strategy are closely aligned.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver on product goals.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Coordinate product launches and post-launch activities with marketing and sales.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive.
Line manage, coach and lead a team of product managers, helping them grow and succeed.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance product culture across the team.
Guide team members through problem-solving, prioritisation, and key decision-making processes.
Establish key metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive product iterations and improvements.
Present product performance updates and insights to client, senior leadership and stakeholders.
Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features.
Identify potential roadblocks and work proactively to resolve issues.
Ensure products are built to scale and meet both user and business needs.
Lead Product Manager experience: Bachelor's degree (ideally in business, computer science, engineering, or related field) or equivalent work experience Deep experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team of product managers.
Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, including customer research, product design, development, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g.
Jira), and data analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills: Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
Experience with A/B testing, user research, and product optimisation techniques.
Experience in Finance sector Willing to travel approximately 2-4 times a year
