Lead Product Designer Salford - Flexible Hybrid Salary £60k - £65k Really interesting opportunity this one.
A well established company with a great reputation are actively looking to expand their design and product teams.
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of products including a high traffic mobile and web app.
For this role you will sit alongside the Design leadership and oversee a team of designers, mentoring and developing individual and team growth.
(Don't worry you will still get to dive into some hands on design) The current team is going through a restructure with a larger focus and importance being put on the end-to-end design process.
Experience leading and mentoring small design teams Experience with end-to-end product design Worked in Agile environments Ideally coming from a product focused background Stakeholder/client dealing experience A strong portfolio showcasing your work Stays up to date with modern methodologies A lot of development opportunity in this role.
