Start this week HYBRID/LONDON £450/500PD DOE (OUTSIDE) Until the end of Feb 2025 (3/4 days a week) Designing Services for transformative Resource Management Software We're on the lookout for a Lead Product Designer with a solid understanding of Service Design to join our high-performing, multi-disciplinary team at a Global Design Agency.
You'll be diving into user-centric discovery work, applying agile methodologies, and most importantly, craft services that are genuinely accessible and friction-free in the SaaS space.
The SaaS product will help organizations plan, allocate, and monitor resources—like people, equipment, and budgets—for efficient project completion.
It aids in scheduling, workload management, time tracking, and budgeting while ensuring the right resources are matched with the right tasks.
The software also uses Ai to provide real-time insights, helps prevent over- or under-allocation, and integrates with other tools for seamless project management.
Key things to know before you apply: Product Design Experience: You've led design sprints before, combining service design skills with a user-centered design and a systems-thinking approach to create seamless, end-to-end experiences.
They excel in user research, wireframing, interaction design, and iterative testing, alongside service design competencies like journey mapping, service blueprinting, and cross-channel consistency.
Stakeholder Management: You're comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Solo Design Resource: You know what it's like being the solo designer in a cross-functional team.
Design Tools: You're skilled in Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, Adobe Creative Cloud.
Lead user-centric research, making sure we understand exactly what users need and expect.
Have skills in bringing your colleagues along on the journey, working cross-functionally to paint a clear picture of user needs and behaviours.
Have skills in facilitate workshops, align goals, and pull together insights from all disciplines to drive the project forward.
