Job summary We are looking for full or part time Lead Practice Nurse to join our team at Swanscombe Health Centre and branch practices.Based at Swanscombe Health Centre, the role of the Lead Practice nurse will be to work within and lead/manage our nursing team, be the IPC lead, to offer support and treatment for our patients, focusing particularly on health improvement.
You should have experience of working in a similar role, with relevant qualifications, NMC registration, and have excellent organisational skills.
