Lead People Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead People Partner to join a rapidly growing business in Surrey.
This role is essential to driving people strategy and fostering a high-performing culture.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives and enhancing the employee experience.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Work with centers of expertise to design effective onboarding and ongoing professional development programs that engage and retain top talent.Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across all levels of the organization.Performance Management: Implement and enhance performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, fair, and aligned with business outcomes.
Coach managers on best practices in performance evaluation and feedback.Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that support organizational change and development.
Collaborate with department heads to assess and identify training needs and career development plans.Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to influence people strategies and report on HR metrics and trends to enhance decision-making.Required Skills:Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the software sector.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the UK.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing solutions.Experience in managing change initiatives and organizational development.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.Ability to work at pace.Qualifications and Experience: CIPD qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is preferred.If you are passionate about people and are looking to make a significant impact in the Technology industry, we'd love to hear from you.
